12,110 sq feet
This wood-framed, 12,110 square-foot childcare facility houses multiple classrooms for pre-school and school-aged children, along with care rooms for infants and toddlers. Built into the facility is the designated “sick center”, a classroom designed to accommodate children on days they are too ill to attend regular school. It contains an independent clean air supply and separate entrance for the well-being of the other children. Unique Northwest style craftsmanship is featured in the building exteriors to fit well with the natural surroundings of this mountain-resort town. the Baker Construction & Development team managed the complete project from site selection and design development through construction and occupancy of the building.
