This position is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety protocols, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that work is completed to high standards of safety, quality, and compliance. The ideal candidate has a strong background in vertical and tenant-improvement construction, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

We’re currently looking for an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join our team in Spokane, WA! This is a great opportunity for a motivated construction professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal project teams to successfully bring projects from opportunity to construction.
The ideal candidate will have 7–10+ years of commercial construction experience, with a background in pre-construction, estimating, project management, project engineering, or a combination of these disciplines. Strong experience with ground-up commercial construction is preferred.
