Baker will actively join the design team through all design phases to ensure maximization of every project dollar. We begin by listening to the client’s project vision, requirements, and constraints. They will serve as our foundation from design through turnover.
We will refine the construction budget throughout the conceptual, schematic, design, and construction phases and will help our clients gain control and awareness of the potential total project costs.
