First constructed in 1999 with 27,000 square-feet, an additional 13,000 square-feet was added in 2002. An exterior update with new roof and exterior paint, along with total carpet replacement and miscellaneous upgrades inside was completed in 2009. The facility operates as a busy call center and contains general offices, classrooms, work center employee break room and computer equipment facilities. All remodeling services were performed with minimal interruption to the agency’s daily operations.
