The $22 Million historic restoration , of what is believed to be the longest continuously operating hotel in Spokane, converted the hotel into apartments with a first-floor restaurant and bar, and penthouse condos.  Residents of the Greater Spokane area are excited to welcome back this landmark hotel, which once hosted  both Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson as well as local brunches, proms, weddings and other special events.

The 13-story hotel was converted into workforce housing for people earning less than $30,000 per year. The 206 units have 249 square-feet of living space.

The one and two-bedroom lofts are well-equipped with quartz countertops, space-saving & energy efficient appliances, built-in cabinetry, luxury vinyl planked floors, large picture windows and all utilities paid!

This high-rise apartment building also features free bike storage, community gathering spaces for special events or just hanging-out and a high-tech laundry center for apartments without in-unit washer dryers.

“I think the emotional impact on our community will be profound”, said Mark Richard, president of the Downtown Spokane Partnership, while speaking at the Ridpath Hotel early party.
