Baker Construction & Development repurposed a 19,000 square-foot fruit packing warehouse in downtown Wenatchee by adding a two-story office structure and transforming it into a manufacturing/office/sales headquarters. Today, GO USA is a state-of-the-art 25,000 square-foot facility featuring full service capabilities.
Work included careful, but extensive, demolition, structural and seismic upgrades. Two-story masonry walls and structural steel columns with wood joists created the 4,500 square-foot mezzanine. Multiple stairwells and elevators were added off the mezzanine for easy access to the offices and sales department that overlook the production floor and shipping. On the main floor, you will find the staff break room, conference room and additional offices.
