Baker Construction & Development teamed up with Wolfe Architectural Group to design and build this 5,877 square-foot retail center with a drive-thru lane for anchor tenant Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches. Designed to show off the timeless look of a brick façade, the new center fits well within the Gonzaga University neighborhood. This successful project, including tenant improvements for the first three tenants, was completed at five percent under the client’s budget.
