Sety’s Ace Hardware

Baker Construction & Development, Inc. is leading the reconstruction of Sety's Ace Hardware in Chewelah, WA. This project follows a devastating fire that destroyed the original building in 2023. The Sety family, owners of the store, are committed to preserving the historic character of the site by retaining the iconic brick facade of the old Yale Hotel. The reconstruction aims to blend modern functionality with the building's historic charm, ensuring that Sety's Ace Hardware continues to serve the Chewelah community as it has for generations. Completion of the project is anticipated in Summer 2025
