F-5 Networks, an industry leader specializing in managing internet traffic and applications for companies worldwide, expanded their Seattle-based company into Eastern Washington. Baker Construction & Development teamed with the architect to create this fantastic facility. The property was selected; the building was designed; and the construction was completed in only ten months.
In 2005 and 2007, Baker Construction & Development secured adjoining property to make room for a 28,000 square-foot addition with expanded parking and landscaping. the facility now encompasses 43,200 square-feet of office, IT and call center space. The facility remained fully operational during construction of both additions.
