Travelers moved their offices and downsized from downtown Spokane (79,800 sf) to Spokane Valley (34,200 sf).
Scope of work to included selective demolition and build-out of new space, including salvaging and reusing doors/frames, light fixtures, and acoustical ceilings to the greatest extend possible. We salvaged and recycled the existing carpet tile and installed new carpet material provided by the owner.
