Located in the heart of the Gonzaga University District, this 9,300 square-foot building is designed for five restaurant tenants. The single-story brick structure with steel joists and deck contains three mezzanines for restaurant seating, and common corridor and restrooms for efficient usage of space. Construction was completed in five months. Although not a LEED® project, the facility was designed with many sustainable features such as high efficiency heating/cooling with an air to air energy recovery unit, LED lighting and high performance glazing.
