Situated just blocks from Walla Walla’s historic downtown district, this 10,200 square-foot retail building was completed in 2008 for a developer committed to the principals of sustainable construction. The shell building was designed and built utilizing the LEED® rating system, thus allowing future tenants to capitalize on the green strategies implemented by the developer. The project has been LEED® certified by the U.S. Green Building Council under their Core and Shell Green Building Rating System. The building earned the City of Walla Walla 2008 Arbor Day Award.
