“We wanted a builder that was going to take a personal interest and be involved, but also be able to handle the time frame… When we have a change the one thing we appreciated for sure was that we were explained every step of the way.”

12,000 sq feet
The 12,000 square-foot multi-tenant retail building was designed to accommodate the anchor tenant, Jewelry Design Center. Utterly unique in its design and materials, it received INSTORE Magazine’s “America’s Coolest Stores” Award!
The Northwest themed jewelry store features exposed timber trusses over the exterior entrance. Inside, customers are greeted by a 25-foot tall river rock fireplace as they shop among large tree columns and exposed beams. A log spiral staircase connects the two floors of retail, manufacturing and administrative space.
The project involved the build out of two other tenant lease spaces. All work was completed within a five-month construction schedule.
