Prairie Crossing Retail Center

Baker Construction is currently building an 8,300-square-foot retail center within the Prairie Crossing development—a 50-acre mixed-use commercial site at the intersection of Highway 41 and Prairie Avenue in Post Falls.

Part of a larger vision to transform this key transportation corridor into a vibrant shopping destination, the new multi-tenant retail center will support future business growth and community access. Prairie Crossing is a cornerstone project within the city’s Urban Renewal Technology District, aimed at fostering long-term economic development in the region.
