An extremely challenging project on the banks of one of the most spectacular waterfront settings in Washington State. This was a complete frame-to-floor remodel of 151 rooms, coffee shop and lobby area. Working nights, weekends and holidays, Baker Construction & Development and their team of talented subcontractors, completed this renovation without disruption to hotel operations and five days ahead of schedule.
