Baker Construction & Development is proud to serve as the builder for the new Home2 Suites by Hilton, a four-story, 109-key hotel thoughtfully designed to enhance the guest experience while contributing to the vitality of the Valley community.
This project was intentionally designed to offer guest balconies—an uncommon and highly valued feature—allowing visitors to enjoy fresh air, views, and a stronger connection to the surrounding area during their stay. Built with both comfort and longevity in mind, the hotel reflects the balance of function, hospitality, and quality craftsmanship.
Developed in partnership with the Guinn family and the GL8 team, this project represents a shared commitment to community investment, service-driven leadership, and creating spaces where travelers and families feel welcome for years to come.
