The Washington Medical Center is located in Spokane’s Central Healthcare District. Formerly the Inland Northwest Blood Bank, Baker Construction & Development managed design and construction services for this 22,000 square-foot, two level building renovation. Construction on this project featured an all new interior configuration, including an elevator, mechanical and electrical systems and complete finishing improvements for all tenants.
