This was a complete remodel of four floors of this historic downtown office tower. The project involved the demolition and removal of existing finishes, and the installation of upgrades to the retail area on the main level and three additional floors of administrative and support areas. Utility upgrades and infrastructure items were installed to support the new office spaces. Baker Construction & Development worked closely with the client to coordinate night and weekend work to minimize interruption to daily operations.
