Terry’s Dairy, a primary wholesale distributor of dairy products in Northeastern Washington, relied on Baker Construction & Development for their construction on several occasions. When they decided to expand operations from Colville,WA to Spokane, WA, they called on Baker Construction & Development once again. This project included constructing large refrigerated rooms for product storage, a sub-zero freezer room, sealed loading docks and specially insulated wall and flooring systems.
