The 65,000 square-foot plant was built to house the new printing press for the Spokesman-Review. The building also provides additional warehouse space for the paper. Construction consisted of 44 concrete panels being tilted into place to create the building. Baker Construction & Development, Inc. provided construction on both the shell building and the TI.
