With heavy involvement throughout the project, Baker Construction assisted both the property owner and tenant in meeting their goals in timing, financial, location and quality. This site provides an ideal location and plenty of parking for employees and customers. Wood frame construction with cement plank siding, stone and exposed wood accents made this a very cost efficient project and a low maintenance facility. Baker Construction & Development was also selected to complete their design-build facility in Pendleton, OR.
