Baker Construction & Development exceeded expectations with this beautiful, two-story financial center for an expanding regional bank tenant. The Baker Team participated in the design process with careful choices regarding value engineering, building material selection and construction methods.
Constructed of structural steel columns, the exterior was finished with brick veneer, steel awnings and large windows for natural lighting. Interior improvements included an elevator, sprinkler system, custom paint, flooring, and cabinetry.
