3,700 sq feet

This clinic went through a complete internal renovation of their 35-year-old, 3,700 square-foot building, while receiving a new 560 square-foot addition. The project involved a complete demolition and remodel of the existing interior with all new tile floors, walls, paint, acoustical ceiling and cabinetry. In addition, the clinic received new energy efficient windows, a high efficiency HVAC system, updated plumbing and electrical systems and new energy efficient lighting.

The most visible change was the installation of the new scissor truss roof system. This roof system allowed the HVAC equipment to be concealed in the ceiling freeing up more usable space on the main floor. Other amenities include five exam rooms, a surgical suite, pharmacy, lab, large treatment room, digital x-ray, boarding areas, isolation rooms and a bathing room. This project took eight months to complete and took place while the practice remained open, with very little interruption to their business.
