Holiday Inn Express – Basalt

While the hotel was still operational, Baker Construction & Development, Inc. remodeled a total of 110 rooms for Holiday Inn. In 16 of these rooms the bathrooms underwent major renovation including new walls and relocating plumbing fixtures. For the other 94 rooms the bathrooms all had their fixtures changed. In addition, a laundry room was added as well as a remodel of the gym area. Minor exterior improvements were also made.
