Baker has provided this client with both new store construction and remodels of existing stores. These convenience store gas stations were re-branded by incorporating new prototype elements with a fresh and recognizable look. Work included new standardized fixtures and display coolers, rich wood detailing and a contemporary paint scheme. Storefronts, lighting, HVAC and insulation were also upgraded for more energy efficient operations. In addition, two complete new stores have been constructed in both Billings, MT and Buffalo, WY. These ground-up projects included extensive site work and the construction of new convenience store buildings with complete interior improvements, fuel islands, lighted canopies and electronic signage.
