Hometown: Butte, MT (after stints in Hawaii and Southern California). I didn’t experience snow until I was almost nine years old, and I was not impressed at the time.
What do you enjoy most about working at Baker Construction & Development? Very simply – the people. It’s a pleasure to come to work each day and go shoulder to shoulder with hard-working, great people.
What is the most important lesson your parents taught you? You have two ears and one mouth for a reason – listen twice as much as you talk.

What do you enjoy most about working at Baker Construction & Development? Baker is the best company I have ever worked for. Not only has Baker built a great reputation in the construction industry and has been successful in completing many amazing projects, but it is evident that the owners truly care for their employees. At Baker Construction, everyone is treated as family, and the owners genuinely think of me and my family as their family. They want their employees to be successful and happy in their personal lives and in their careers, and that makes Baker a great place to work!
What is your most memorable project being a part of, and why? Working on Evolve on Main, Baker’s largest project to date, has been a great learning experience for me. From working for months to acquire the project to continual changes through the design-build process, Evolve on Main has required a ton of work in the office and in the field. I have enjoyed working on the job so far and look forward to helping complete the project successfully in 2018.
What is the most important lesson your parents taught you? My parents instilled good morals in me from a young age. They also taught me how important it is to keep my priorities straight: spiritual things, family and to work hard at whatever you do.
