A new 2,741 square foot credit union with three drive-thru lanes and a vault located between Cheney and Spokane.
This was a design assist project of the first new credit union they had ever built making it very special for all involved.
It also had the unique challenge of being built on clays and silts with a 3’ deep water table. Baker basically built a 3’ thick pad of structural fill for the entire site so they would not have any settlement issues.
