Mygrant Glass is a third-generation family business founded in 1926 with 67 locations nationwide.
Described as “the largest independent wholesale distributor of auto glass in the United States”, Mygrant stocks original equipment manufacturer and generic auto glass brands from more than 30 factories worldwide.
Located in Spokane Valley, this is a 41 panel tilt-up constructed facility. It measures 105,650 sq.ft. and is 44’ tall and includes 3,234 sq. ft. office space.
There are 4 ea. 14’ x 14’ at grade loading docks and 12 ea. 9’ x 10’ dock height docks and vehicle charging stations inside for equipment and outside for employees and customers.
