This 63,000 square-foot project for a beverage distributor consisted of 41,000 square-feet of warehouse and distribution space, 6,000 square-feet of office space and 16,000 square-feet of vending and food storage space. Completed in fall of 2009, this building was constructed of 45-foot tilt-up concrete panels on the exterior with steel joists, columns and decking, including street improvements, installation of large CO2 tank and racking. Pre-selected by the client and architect, Baker Construction & Development participated with the design team to provide a superior facility for this client that will serve their distribution, storage and administrative needs as they continue to expand.
