This project was a tenant improvement on a 4,500 square-foot medical space located in the historic Manito Park neighborhood of Spokane. This 3rd clinic for the Inland Aesthetics Institute includes two procedure rooms and five treatment rooms, with an option for a sixth treatment room. This space was taken from a raw shell to fully operating medical space in approximately three months. The welcoming reception area has a cosmetic application counter and gas fireplace. The double doors in the lobby open into a kitchen/entertainment area for hosting body image treatment events. Features and finishes include: slate floors, granite countertops, extensive decorative lighting and numerous artistic touches.
