This was a tenant improvement project tin the Nob Hill Professional building for a 4,600 square-foot ambulatory surgery center with two operating rooms. Baker Construction & Development provided the complete interior build-out, including the installation of a full Level-1 medical gas and vacuum system, with added ventilation requirements and emergency power backup generator.
