Sunridge Oral Surgery

Baker Construction & Development’s experienced team worked with the owner of this oral surgery clinic throughout every phase of the project. We assisted Dr. Tew in researching and securing financing, as well as, resolving easement issues that arose during the property acquisition process. Additionally, Baker Construction & Development supported the client through the design phase with their experienced engineering and accurate budgeting. Construction services were then provided for the site, the shell building and the interior improvements. This beautiful and functional two-level clinic houses four operating rooms and four examination rooms.
