The City of Bend made a critical departure from their 55 ft. maximum height building code to allow for the city’s newest hotel measuring in at 63 feet. Construction is complete on this gorgeous, five-story, 80,000 sq. ft. hotel, which will include 120 rooms, a 2,200 sq. ft. restaurant and bar, an indoor pool and 137 on-site parking spots.
